Hood Warfare 2 lists six modes on Steam. GangBang and Chaos focus on kills; the others add territory, bags, a bomb or dropped chains. Learn what actually scores before you queue.
Collect chains dropped by enemies to score. Recover your teammates’ chains before the other gang can take them.
Gang vs. gang
01 / TERRITORY
Turf War
CONFIRMED RULE
Control turf around the map to earn points. Push the other gang out of the areas they hold.
PRACTICAL ADVICE
Pay attention to which territory is contested. A fight away from the objective may not help your score.
02 / TEAM
GangBang
CONFIRMED RULE
Two gangs face off in a team shootout. The gang with the most kills wins.
PRACTICAL ADVICE
A straightforward first choice when learning the controls. Stay near teammates and learn how each weapon feels.
03 / SOLO
Chaos
CONFIRMED RULE
Every player for themselves. Get the most kills to finish on top.
PRACTICAL ADVICE
Expect threats from more than one direction. Use bot matches to learn the layout before relying on unfamiliar routes.
04 / CAPTURE
Hit A Lick
CONFIRMED RULE
Take the bag from the enemy hood and bring it back to yours, while protecting your own bag.
PRACTICAL ADVICE
Keep an eye on your own objective while the rest of the team goes after the enemy bag.
05 / BOMB
Destroy The Block
CONFIRMED RULE
One gang has the bomb; the other must stop them. Plant or defuse to win, with one life per round.
PRACTICAL ADVICE
Treat every life as valuable. Learn the objective and communicate before making a risky push.
06 / COLLECT
Chain Snatch
CONFIRMED RULE
Collect chains dropped by enemies to score. Recover your teammates’ chains before the other gang can take them.
PRACTICAL ADVICE
A kill is only part of the objective. Check whether it is safe to collect a dropped chain.

The official Steam description supports setting up bot matches with a map, mode and match settings of your choice. This is a way to understand objectives before entering online play.
The store names four maps. It does not publish an exhaustive mode-by-map compatibility table, so we do not invent one. Use the choices currently available in your game.
Chaos is the every-player-for-themselves mode. The official description frames the other five as gang-versus-gang contests.
Does Destroy The Block have respawns?
The official rule is one life per round. One gang plants the bomb and the other tries to stop or defuse it.
Do kills alone score in Chain Snatch?
The official objective requires collecting dropped enemy chains to earn points. You can also collect teammates’ chains before the opposing gang takes them.
